I'm not one who generally takes time out of my schedule to give praise to people who merely do their job, but prior to meeting Adham Nazarzai, I haven't felt compelled to do so. Adham is the epitome of what it means to demonstrate a truly exceptional experience while going through the refi process. His professional demeanor coupled with his bright personality is a Win Win, for me as a client and for Mutal of Omaha for employing him. Every call you can hear he is smiling through the phone call. Every question or concern I had, (and there were many) Adham answered as if I asked only one question. Nothing rattles him. He didn't give me any b.s., the few times he didn't have an answer, he wouldn't just make up an answer, he did his due diligence and spoke with whichever colleague or department required in order for give me a call back and provide me with a legitimate response to my question(s). Although the refi process seems long and drawn out, Adham made it feel seemless and I appreciate that. I can be honest and say, had it not been for Adham and his charismatic spirit and positive energy, I may have opted to wait before securing the loan. He's that good! It's my loan, but I didn't want to waste his time, and he never made me feel like I was. Mutual of Omaha, I don't know any of your other Mortgage Loan Originators, but I will te you this, if I were running your corporation, I would have all new employees sit under the tutelage of Mr.Adham Nazarzai.
